Terms & Conditions

We provide online solutions for web hosting, server space, the registration of domain names, and email client services. All programs run with our services must be legal and licensed for use in the United States. Users and customers must agree to all of the terms and conditions as they are listed when they agree to pay for the services that we provide; this is a binding contract that can be broken by the customer with no penalty to us. If it is broken, we reserve the right to take appropriate action. Above all, we reserve the exclusive right to suspend or even cancel a membership account for any reason that we deem to warren such drastic action.

We are not liable for any charges that spring from accusations based around the things that our customers have done using our services. This could include fraud and the like. We will also charge said customers any fees for court dates and lawyers, should something arise that requires these things. We are not responsible for bodily harm that is caused, files that are lost or damaged, or any lawsuits stemming from illegal actions taken by those who are using our web hosting services.

If you agree to these terms and conditions you are stating that you will not use any illegal software. This could include illegal media downloads, stolen programs, malware, spyware, viruses, and the like. The list of such things includes all manner of illegal material, both that listed and that which is not listed. These things are considered to be banned content under this agreement and we reserve the right to shut down your account if it comes to our attention that you are using them despite this agreement. This shutdown can come at any time and you will not be reimbursed for any fees incurred or money lost.

Any efforts to use your site and web hosting services in a malicious way could also result in your site being shut down and your account being banned. These malicious actions could include, but are not limited to, attempts to hack into our servers, attempts to launch illegal software such as viruses on our servers, and the use of your account to send spam email to others. If any of these rules are breached, we are thereby released from the contract with you and are free to take whatever legal action we choose.
